Outdoor TVs are specially designed to withstand weather conditions like rain, dust, extreme temperatures, and sunlight. They typically have brighter screens to combat glare from sunlight and are built with more durable materials to resist outdoor elements.

With over 15 years of experience, ProofVision is a leader in high-quality waterproof electronics. Our screens are featured in luxury homes, pub gardens, and prestigious venues such as the British Racing Drivers Club.

Perfect for enhancing patios, pool areas, or commercial outdoor seating, the ProofVision Lifestyle Plus NX impresses with exceptional picture quality and sound.

Outdoor TVs come with an IP (Ingress Protection) rating that indicates their resistance to water and dust. Look for a high IP rating for better durability.

Ensure the TV has sealed inputs and outputs to prevent moisture from getting in.

Many outdoor TVs can operate in both freezing and hot temperatures.

Outdoor TVs usually have much higher brightness levels (measured in nits) than indoor TVs to combat sunlight glare. Look for 700+ nits for direct sunlight environments, or 500-700 nits for shaded areas.

Alpha Installation specialise in full cable concealment when wall mounting your TV. We can do this by cutting into the wall to create access holes and channels that allow us to route power, aerial and HDMI cables to the TV.

Any access holes, raggles or channels that we have to make in order to conceal your cables will be repaired and plastered over and will require a light sanding prior to redecoration.
